1. November (Allerheiligen) GEÖFFNET

Mark Bertens

My name is Mark Bertens and I'm a detailer at E&R Classics. From a young age, I've been involved with cars as a hobby, especially polishing and detailing them. Eventually, I was able to turn my hobby into my profession, something I still enjoy every day.

What's your fondest car-related memory?
I used to love watching The Dukes of Hazzard and dreamed of one day working with such cars. These days, I relive that joy at E&R Classics, where I work with unique classic cars and sports cars every day. The variety makes it extra fun: every car is different, and every day brings something new. The great colleagues and positive atmosphere at the company make it a pleasure to work with.

Suppose you had to give someone a ride. Who would it be and why?
If I could give anyone a ride, it would be Ken Block—although he's sadly passed away. I've always followed his videos and admired him immensely for his driving and drifting skills. A true source of inspiration.

What makes a workday at E&R Classics so enjoyable for you?
For me, E&R Classics isn't just about the cars; it's also about the people. The great colleagues and the pleasant atmosphere make every day special. Moreover, no two days are the same—one day I'm finishing a restored classic car, the next I'm preparing a special sports car for delivery. Together with my colleagues, we ensure that every car hits the road worthy of E&R.
